Booth locations are not guaranteed.
Booth sharing is strictly prohibited without approval.
Electricity is not available for booths and generators must be pre-approved.

Hours of Operation
Set-up and festival hours for participants are 11 am – 10 pm, Saturday November 19th, 2016
Booths must be open during this time and begin closing down promptly at 9 pm.

– Past participants that have a “Rain Check” will be guaranteed a spot and not be charged
-All applications are reviewed on quality and originality.
– Art Stumble reserves the right to refuse any application.
- Notification regarding acceptance will be e-mailed to applicants.
-Preference is given to Artists who personally handcraft the items they sell.
- All retail & food vendors must comply with local Fire Regulations, Food & Beverage and Sales Tax Requirements.The Festival reserves the right to close any booth not adhering to these regulations.
-Tents must display a Fire Retardant Sticker

Booth must display all personally handcrafted items, all work must be original and designed/ created by the artist solely, in partnership with a collaborator, or with assistants working under the direct supervision of the artist.

Business/Not for Profit
Not for Profit booth is for any organization with a 501(c)
A business is defined as any group not fitting the artist category. This includes any commercial business. If you are reselling items (merchandise) that is not directly hand crafted by you.

Sponsorships are available for $250
vendor space
all inclusive advertising, social media, flyers, posters, t-shirts, banners

Art Stumble is open to performing artists. We encourage all types of performers (musicians, poets, dancers, etc.) to participate. We encourage performers to send a sample of their music, a video of their dance performance, etc. A table next to the stage will be provided for performers who wish to sell their goods during their performances.

Side Walk Chalk Team
Each team will be assigned a 5’x5′ space
Chalk will be provided but you are encouraged to bring some of your own as supplies are limited.
Please have a preliminary sketch available for approval.
The team with the most votes will be awarded First Place
